1. Payment Policy
1.1 PAYO once invoice is sent. DOP is negotiable with 30% non-refundable downpayment.
1.2 Strictly no cancellations. Bogus buyers and joy reservers will be posted.
1.3 Failure to pay on the DOP automatically results to cancellation and fee of 50% total amount, late payment fee per day is ₱35.
1.4 Any payment made prior to cancellation is non-refundable.
1.5 Transfer payment through GCash Express Send, and input your username on the remarks.
1.6 Bank transfers are allowed, but the buyer shoulders the transaction fee.
1.7 No proof of payment/payment form = No processing of order = No shipping2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Standard packaging fee is ₱20: honeycomb wrapper/bubble wrap, corrugated box, toploader, sleeves, sandwich carton for photocards. Price varies on medium and big parcels (album, merch, bulk order).
2.1.1 Can opt for additional bubble wrap, toploader, cardboard, and/or bigger box.
2.2 For shopee checkout as MOD, the price listing is ₱10 (exclusive of packing fee), COD is not allowed to minimize risks of missing parcels.
2.3 GoGo Xpress packages are COD in default, non-COD should be upon request.
2.4 J&T does not offer pick-up in my area but if willing to push through, the buyers of the batch with J&T as MOD must pay for my fare (₱40 roundtrip).
2.5 I am not liable for loss / damages made by international/local couriers once the item/s has been shipped. It is recommended to declare value of package if above ₱2,000 and pay for item protection fee (direct GGX only).
2.6 No return, refund, and exchange policy unless I shipped missing or wrong item/s.
2.7 Make sure to record a full and unedited unboxing video in case of issues. Please don’t forget to shred the waybill before discarding the pouch/box/parcel.
2.8 Claiming period for paid item/s is only up to maximum of 60 days, beyond this means that the buyer surrender their rights of item ownership to me. It will be on my own discretion should I dispose or resell the said item/s.
